Championship Tables and trophies

As we are now approaching the end of the year, this years championship tables are nearing a close and new annual champions soon to be concluded.
We would appreciate all annual trophies to be returned at the next club night, or at least one week before the january meeting in order for the trophies to be engraved with the names of this years champions.

Sure I'm not the only one who appreciates it, thanks for all the hard work you've done throughout the year - much appreciated!
We've got two more events left - a scatter this Thursday, starting in Bredgar, and the Longmoor Loco.

Logmoor Loco
There is the Longmoor Loco still to come on the 28th December.
I had forgotten about Longmoor Loco as it's not in the "Events List", but it looks like quite a few members on the entry list, so stage rally and clubmans points are still be available to those entered.....

2009 Championship Tables
With the longmoor loco stages results now confirmed, these have been added to the tables.
Assuming everyone has checked their points and we have made no mistakes, if I have let me know now, then this is the final Championship positions for 2009.
Several of the tables were very close right to the end, especially the Clubmans table, with Matt Endean taking the win by only two points over Mike Thomas, with Suze very close behind.
Only one point seperated the final 12 car drivers table, with two points in the 12 car Navigators.
An official award winners list will be published in the New Year.

Awards Night
Allan Dean-Lewis of the MSA will be attending our awards night to present the JLT Sport MSA Club of the Year 2009 trophy and a £1000 cheque for club funds.
Brian Jaggs and I will be attending the Night of Champions on 22nd January to receive the award initially but the CMC club night will be an opportunity for all club members to appreciate the significance of the award.
I'm sure we will have a good attendance.

Annual Trophies
Many of the Annual trophies have found there way home, many thanks for those who have returned them via a range of routes.
We still have a couple to be returned, and I will be at the club this week, and Bentwaters on Sunday, delivering to either would be very helpful and save me work having to chase you....
Those that are returned will be engraved with the 2009 winners to be presented at the awards night on 18th Feb.

The tables have now been updated with last weekends, Preston, Rockingham and Grizedale events.
As we have no other events listed in the calander this year, this could be the final standings, unless you know differently....
Please check your points, any errors or missing results must be forwarded to me fairly soon if we are to announce the award winners at the end of the year, we will after all need to start the 2010 tables in a few weeks !!!
And don't forget to return any annual trophies which would be very helpful and save us more work chasing you....
