The Escort passed the MOT. The Nova and Escort are due to get inspected for their RAC logbook next week, assuming at least one pases, we should be their in a little white car, or a bigger blue one !!
Hopefully we can get some lessons on stage rallying from the AEMC championship winning co.driver of 2004/5/6 before the event !! and put Ben down for the Stage Rally Co-driving clubnight on 17th.

Brother colin is out driving the rover instead of his usall escort Mk 1
with John Taylor being co-pted into the navigating seat. Seeing as niether of them have experiance in front wheel drive cars it should prove very exciting viewing, John is more than a little bit concerned as his seen Colin sling the escort around, But at least the rover hasnt got any bubled wheel arches to knock off
Glad to here Colin is Ok after Twyford. I cannot wait to see John's face after co-driving the first stage It sure is like is like being on a roller coaster ride, as you have nothing to hold onto except you map. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that Richard manages to get this new engine/gearbox in on time.
But thank you and all the other people that helped Colin after His mishap at Tywford It would have been a whole lt worse if it hadnt been for all the help and kindness That the rally ferternaty offer. On the plus side the partial defness that he sufferd should help muffel johns screams Regrds kevin
Only glad to help.- "All for one and one for all" so to speak we are a friendly bunch in Essex!. Lets hope John takes his quells as I am sure he is going to need them.
PS I am sure hubby wishes he was slightly mutton geoff at times with me next to him.
Following last weekends first outing in the Escort, I felt their are too many things to sort before taking the Escort out to another event, more than I have time to do this week. Also broke the gearbox on the Nova, so entry to our first stage rally withdrawn.
