Near Hemel Hempstead.
We have been thinking of holding an Enduro open weekend for some time and after various comments, we at The Rover centre championship have secured a venue on the 5/6th July, this venue is an events field, part of a campsite down the road from a Holiday inn. We plan to hold basic navigation help from leading road rally experts such as Graham Raeburn, Iain Tully, Andy Ballantyne, Matt Fowle etc free for whoever wants to learn from the best, also other help in other topics such as car preparation, codeboard reading and other related subjects.
We also intend on running a practical navigation excersise for people who want to try out their new found skills, and a planned autotest at the venue for a bit of fun.
Above all this is a social event for anyone competing, thinking of competing or just about anyone who wishes to drop in, there will of course be lots of drinking being done where everyone can just have a laugh with anyone. Cost will be £10.00 entry and this will include 2 nights camping per person plus any entry fees for autotest and other planned events, this will be confirmed within a week, anyone wishing to take part, please email me at rover_stalbans@btconnect.com
Hope to see you all there
