The Little Havens Hospice charity is promoting "it's incredibly exciting high octane track day, back with a brand new venue, allowing you to really enjoy some of the world's most exotic cars up close and personal, plus family fun, live music and a classic car show!"

I have included their web URL below, if anyone is interested.

WANTED - FULL FACE HELMET

richardnel's picture

I have a track day arranged for September 20th at Rockingham. Would anyone have a full face helmet they be happy to lend me please? It does not have to be within Motorsport UK dates, but of course reasonably current as it is supposed to protect my head! All jokes have been heard before - but size has to be large.
Thank you, Richard

Nurburgring

I am going on my annual pilgramage to the world superbikes at the above. We have a couple drop out at short notice and now we have a empty twin room. Going Thurs 29th Aug, returning Mon 2nd Sept. You can make your own way there and you dont have to watch the bike racing. Ok for couples as they are twin rooms. Any one interested

Skoda Preston Garage

We'll soon be looking at replacing our Focus Mk1 'WannabeRC' for a more modern family orientated car with something extra. The Skoda Octavia Scout, similar to the 4x4 estate but with larger ground clearance seems to be what we're looking for... plus Samm and Jamie will be able to place me somewhere more challenging when marshaling on the Xpart!!

I thought on the Preston garage in Writtle, as he's a club member and still sponsoring the Preston rally.

We'd be looking at a used one with low mileage and with the 'extra' warranty and peace of mind that official dealers offer.
