This week we had a successful meeting with Grant Maton, Essex Wildlife Trust, at Hanningfield Reservoir.
EWT is our environmental partner, and our events offset their impact through donations to support the work of EWT.
The meeting gave us good understanding about the work EWT are doing, in particular in terms of carbon and biodiversity, and also gave us a good chance to share an understanding of what we're doing as a club.
We were able to discuss our approaches and compare to similar methods being undertaken by EWT.
