I am looking for a Mini that is elther prepped to a decent standard for HRCR Road type events, or is something that is not a basket case but possibly not too pretty, that I can build to my own spec. Anything considered I have been looking on ebay etc for a while and they are out there. But often too far away to look over before bidding. Did you have any luck finding a car, as I have a few spares here that are now surplus to requirements.
Darryl, I know I told you I couldn't think of anything I needed but I don't suppose you have some kind of rallyish dash board, do you?
I have a wooden centre speedo ply board, which goes between the two dash rails.
I could probably make a metal works style dash, either out of Ally or Steel, but no longer have a car here to make templates from.
Although I could borrow a friends mini for a few hours!
