An urgent plea from West Suffolk Motorsport Club, please read below:

We have an urgent plea.

On Saturday 23rd July Carver barracks are having their open day. West 
Suffolk motor club has been invited to put on demonstration autosolo and 
a targa rally which will involve giving passenger rides. We will also be 
having a club stand. For this event we need a huge amount of helpers. We 
need people to marshal the autosolo and the targa section. People are 
  also needed to check passsengers are wearing seat belts correctly. 
Someone to drive the minibus to ferry passengers from show area to 
autosolo and targa sites. We also need safety marshals, signing on 
officials and people to man the club stand. The base are expecting 
around 7000 people at the event so this is a unique chance to showcase 
our sport. I appreciate this is very short notice but this is something 
that evolved very quickly.  We will need to be there from approximately 
9am till 4pm.
