Thanks John et al for last night and also to the lovely marshals who stood out for us in difficult conditions. We were glad to manage a run out last night especially with some good lanes (including all the extra ones that I accidentally indicated Luis to go down!!).
It suspect John was expecting trouble last night at the finish, but luckily for him the entire lynch mob got lost between TC5 and TC6.. :-)
It has to be said we had good fun last night, and had expected a terrible result having got totally confused by one set of clues (we were not alone) and cut to the finish, so 5th OA was a pleasant surprise.
Even Johns explanation about how to make the troublesome set of clues work (something like stand on your head in front of a mirror and look at it backwards) left us alll none the wiser.
All I can say is revenge will be sweet, I have already started preparing him an extra-special set of clues for the 12-car in February.
Sorry been tied up on Targa stuff
will be open over the weekend
Filled up nice and quickly again. Got to be good news, shame other events are struggling to get entries.
