There is a possibility the planned date of 19th March could get pushed back a week to the 26th as we are clashing with a WSMC Trial , and we very much appreciate the help of West Suffolks marshals.
I am in need of volunteers for
1. Chief Marshal - this is an email based activity and help will be given on the day and with allocating marshal duties.
2. Scrutineer - no qualifications required.
3. Set up helpers on the Saturday before the event.
All persons involved in set up of CMC events should wear steel capped footwear. Anyone aspiring to help at this event ( & others) that do not have safety footwear may be given some financial assistance if required.

Given we are hoping to compete we cannot assist with the volunteer roles I'm afraid. Understand why the date may change but when will this be decided please? Can't make the 26th, can do the 19th but if it does move to 26th, I could do Spurs v Saints on the 19th... although I would rather compete! (have you heard we, Saints, are off to Wembley?!).
Spike Rahman has kindly confirmed as CM for this year , having been ably trained by Lucy Fryer last year.
Still need Saturday helpers and a new Scrutineer please.
