Following a very busy and successful first half of the year, which included the Brands Hatch Winter Stages, the completion of the 12 Car Winter Series, the Javalin Jumbo Targa and the East Anglian Classic, as well as members competing on and supporting numerous other events hosted by other clubs, Chelmsford Motor Club's committee would like to invite all members and their guests to a summer barbecue to be held at our new club night venue from 8pm on Thursday 17th July:

Food will be paid for by club. There is plenty of parking behind the venue (look for the arrow) and a big outside space for us all to have an enjoyable evening.
We also will present the 12 Car Winter Series awards.
Please let Jim Bowie know that you are coming, and how many friends/family you expect to bring as we need to give the caterer an idea of numbers. Dogs are welcome so long as owners attend to their needs.
I have around 25 names confirming attendance for next Thursday but I'm expecting more so please pop numbers to me by email, if you haven't already.
The event is open to non members , friends & family so come along from 19.45. Good dogs are also welcome.

Burger & Sausage with all the add ons cheese , salad , sauces etc so you can construct your own.
Because of the expected heat the food will be served inside but of course we can eat outside.
We have ordered food for 50 and my list of confirming attendees is currently approaching 40 - so please come hungry as Claire has always dished up a good quality spread.
