Hi can anyone help clarify what "standard road car " regs are specific to sprints , it says exhaust is free except manifold ok easy one ,when regs say no modifycation to brakes, can i change pads to fast road spec ? suspension, can i run any damper adjustable or not? lower it? or do i have to use the 12 year old kit it had when new please advise DEAN CLAYTON

Any clarifycation would be a great help
Only the event organisers can give you an answer that counts for today.
5 or so years ago I did a sprint at North Weald in my blue stage car, and just needed to add an interior and list 1-A tyres to be in the standard class. Lowered/adjustable suspension was assumed, and competition brake pads were probably a hindrance on a course that took merely a minute.
