Endurance Regs - Question about front discs

Hi - I'm just putting new front discs on my car (MG ZR 105) which I have in mind to turn into a endurance spec vehicle for 2014 and wondered if putting grooved discs on was allowed.

I have read that I have to stick with the same as it was made with I.e Solid discs but can they be grooved ?

Thanks - Justin

Not 100% sure, so probably

Not 100% sure, so probably best to check with Rob Domminy (sp?) championship scrutineer.

Personally i wouldnt bothered with grooved discs, on my Rover enduro car i ran el cheapo chinese discs 12 quid a pair and these were great and spent many a night glowing red hot and never gave any issues!

That's good to know - I have

That's good to know - I have seen some cheap discs but worried you'd get what you pay for and be replacing them after every spirited drive :(

I'll stick to those then :)
