Following CmC's victory in the Inter-Club quiz last year, we are throwing out a challenge to East Anglian Clubs, plus our friends from Weald MC, to compete in a quiz night to be held at the West Suffolk MC meeting venue of Horringer Village Hall on Thursday 28th March. Clubs may enter as many teams as they wish.

Hi Colin & Ellen
Tony Clements & myself are definites & I suspect Tony Michael will join us as part of the CMC team from last year ( with the exception of Paul Brewerton since he is asking the questions!).
We will depart from a Billericay/Brentwood/Boreham triangle and could have spare seats in my Mondeo but it would be good to get at least 2 teams from CMC so we need at least 3 more volunteers.
Just 9 days away and I'm hoping we can put at least 2 CMC teams together for a trip to BSE on 28th March.
I still have one place in my team,( assuming Tony Michael is joining Tony Clements and I) and I suspect Colin Sutton & Ellen Tilney may have two. Colin where are you departing from on the night ?
I'm not at the AGM so post here if you can join the party.
Jim, we will be coming from home which is near Eye in Suffolk, so I suspect from the other direction to most. We are still planning on coming - even if we are just 2 I don't suppose we will (can) come much lower than our test times last week :)

The inter-club quiz is this Thursday 28th March - the venue, the questions the quizmaster are all ready - come along and join a team and show off your knowledge - wide range of topics but nothing about screw threads or sliding joints - I promise!

The last round was interesting - 5 clues to the identity of someone, with the number of points reducing after each clue. TC gambled straight after the first one, and netted us 10 points! Congratulations to Colin and Ellen for a great result with just two in their team. And fortunately I hadn't completely forgotten who won the 2012 London to Cape Town Rally...
I would add what an excellent and enjoyable evening out it was. The level of questions were just right, not too easy, not mind bendingly difficult. Well done Paul Brewerton for organising, you'll have to do it again next year.
