Hi, we've done lots of Gymhana in the past - but never a Targa rally. Is there much difference.
Apart from a non-broken and not too noisy car and club cards what else do you HAVE to bring?
Presumably MOT etc and I think I saw V5 was necessary, any other paperwork?
What about equipment like spill kit and SOS board?

I saw a picture of the Celica on FB, and wondered if it was for competing in. Targa Rallies have the same 30 mph tests you have seen before on the Gymkhanas, without any other faffing around. You will have no problem doing it.
Spill Kit - yes, tests on private land require them.

SOS/OK board - sounds like a good idea. Many Endurance Rallies include them on the back of the road book, so perhaps we should for Targas. I can bring a CMC SOS/OK clipboard along if you would like.
The restricted forum is a hang-over of the gymkhana days - I'll have to look at relaxing that. You only paid for membership today; it will take a little time before the membership secretary updates the system, and it thinks you are a member again.
Tony, can these boards be purchased directly from the club? I would like to get one for the little Mini if possible...
