M&H Targa - nav wanted

Hi all, I'm hoping to dip my toe into driving for the first time with an entry to the M&H Targa on 9th November, however I will need a navigator! Any volunteers?

Some quick background is: I've never driven competitively before. I've navigated once before (for Luis at the Wethersfield Targa) so have a little bit of experience of what it's about. I have just bought my car (haven't actually collected it yet), a '98 Ford Puma. I won't be attempting any heroics - my real focus will be making it through the day without ripping any bits off the car and, of course, having some good fun!!!

Any takers? :-D

you can of course double-drive two cars - i.e. you nav somebody else in their car, they nav you in your Puma.

I'm in a similar position, in that I am also short of a navigator for this event. Have competed in one targa rally before (at Woodbridge - both driving, and navigating for Jon Bray). The navigation was certainly a steep learning curve, as I am more used to competing in autosolos where I can remember the route in advance.

Anyway, I would be happy to give the navigating another go, if you would do the same. Let me know if interested.

Hi Ben - i'm afraid i think i'll have to skip the event - I had hoped to make it along but am now in the midst of a house move so suspect it would not be a popular move in the Sanderson household for me to head off for a days motorsport!
