For Sale - Citroën C2 VTS 2010
58k miles, 1.6L 16V, 123BHP, 0-60mph 8.3sec, MOT till March 27, 4 former keepers.
Sport Red, very good condition, one of the last VTS's made, future classic or ideal first motorsport car!! £3400.
I've had it for 18months and only done 1300miles, including just 3 grass autotests and 3 autosolos. MOT'd in March 25 & 26 with no advisories.
All standard except for,
New MTEC grooved and drilled discs and EBC Bluestuff pads on front (very good bite!) calipers serviced. New Brembro discs and Brembro pads on rear, calipers serviced.
Uprated and lowered (35mm)(Vogtland) springs all round. New front top mounts, new rear shock lower bolts and new rear bump stops.
6 x new 15"x6.5J ET20 Matt black steel wheels, track is approx 10mm wider. (standard wheels are 16" x 6.5J)
Long wheel studs kit & nuts.
2 x Michelin PS3's 2 x Toyo TR-1's 2 x Kumho HS52's(worn out!) all 195/50/15's. (I primarily changed the wheels because the tyres are cheaper and the same size as on our Clio)
13" suede steering wheel with airbag light delete.
New wiper blades, K&N air filter, NGK Laser Iridium spark plugs, gearbox mount with Powerflex yellow inserts and top engine mount.
Engine oil & filter changed. Gearbox oil changed. New clutch slave cylinder. New track rod ends.
Front towing eye and rear towing strap fitted.
I made and fitted aluminium spacers for the drivers seat sub-frame mounting, to raise the seat and enable it to go back further (I'm 6ft 1") easily removable to return to standard.
I have kept all the standard parts, except for the alloy wheels and the front springs, one was broken! I have the rear springs, but when I changed them I realised that they weren't a pair!! I have the MOT certs back to 2014 and some of old service history. 2 x keys and owners manual.
This car could either be kept as standard as a future classic, there are only just over 100 VTS's left on the road in the UK, with just two Autotrader at the moment(both at higher prices). Or it could become a full on rally car.....!
Very nippy, handles well, brakes are excellent!
I like this car and am only selling it to make room for something very different!
