CMC Awards Night

I just wanted to say thanks, again, to each and every single CMC member for the Chairman´s Award I got last night. I tried to say it yesterday but I'm not sure if I managed...

In 2014  I got a bit more involved by joining the organising team of the TRS Woodbridge Targa and The One and Only Preston as Chief Marshal and Assistant CM on the latter. Despite some panicking moments on the run up to both events it all worked out quite well in the end, the appreciative comments from all competitors and marshals make every effort worthwile.

Of course, this award wouldn't have been possible without the massive support and encouragement from all the experienced organisers that put their trust on me (John, Dave, Jim, Brian, Bob) and every other member that at some point helped. Sometimes a simple 'thank you' or a 'well done' is enough help.

Oh, and all the marshals that signed up for any of these events or other, you certainly make this job easier.

So pleased and honoured to keep the trophy for a year. THANKS ALL.

P.S. As I said, Sofia is not happy with it :-)
